RELEASE TENSION. RESTORE STRENGTH.

  • Your therapist will begin with a consultation to understand your specific areas of discomfort, lifestyle habits, and any injuries or problem zones. After comfortably positioning you on the massage table, they will use slower, deeper strokes, applying focused pressure to areas of built-up tension or muscular strain.Unlike a Swedish massage, the pressure may feel intense but therapeutic—especially in areas with adhesions or chronic tightness. Breathing deeply and communicating with your therapist is encouraged throughout the session to ensure your comfort.

While some soreness is normal afterward, most clients report a noticeable improvement in range of motion, flexibility, and relief from chronic pain within a day or two.

You may feel some discomfort during the session, especially in tight or problem areas, but it should never be unbearable. Always let your therapist know if the pressure is too much—they can adjust as needed.

Deep tissue targets deeper layers of muscle with more sustained pressure and a slower pace. Swedish massage is lighter and focuses more on relaxation and surface-level circulation.

If you’re managing chronic pain, high physical stress, or recovery, once a week or biweekly is common. For maintenance, once a month is often sufficient.

Some post-treatment soreness is normal and can feel similar to the aftermath of a good workout. Drink water and rest to support your body’s recovery.
